Clinics

Our clinics are available either in a group format or on a one-on-one basis. Each clinic is 3 hours long and you will have plenty of time to practice the new techniques and ask all of your questions. 

We offer clinics teaching different skills based on the riders existing abilities. For more details on each level of clinic, please click here:
Level 1 - Basic skill clinic
Level 2 - Advanced skill clinic

Cycling skills are important for several reasons

  • Safety while riding alone or with others
  • Keep your bike in control with improved confidence, control and balance
  • Improve your bike handling ability
  • Learn how to react in a difficult situation to avoid panicking and making things worse
  • Lower your energy expenditure and cycle further
