Tools

Next to your bicycle, there are a few essential tools that will allow you to get the most out of your training time. These tools allow us to personalize your training plan to your exact needs:

1. Training Peaks - Software that we use to post your training schedule for you and you will upload your completed work-out data here for our review.

2. Power Meters - These devices measure the power output (in Watts) that you are able to put on your pedals. These numbers allow us to determine your training zones and create your training plans.

3. Cadence/Heart Rate Monitor - These devices measure how quickly you spin your pedals and what effect this has on your heart rate. This data allows us to work on improving your leg speed and train in the correct heart rate zones.
