Cadence is the speed with which you turn your pedals and it is measured in revolutions per minute (RPM). Simply put, you count the amount of turns of your pedals for one minute and that number is your cadence.
Heart Rate Monitors
A heart rate monitor is the most available tool to measure your energy expenditure during training efforts and it is required for any training plan with us. Using a heart rate monitor will allow us to determine your fitness level in a performance test and your training plan will be based on the results of this test.
