Training Plan 1 - Racers

This plan is thought for the cyclist that would either like to start racing or has been racing already. This plan includes:
  • Free account with Training Peaks
  • 7 days a week training sessions uploaded to your Training Peaks account
  • Training designed according to your goals - e.g. you select particular races of importance to you and training will be customized to "peak" for these particular events
  • One monthly ride with the coach (either a one-on-one ride or a group ride)
  • On-going analysis of training data in WKO to adjust training levels
Requirements:
  • You will need a power meter to record your training efforts (either power tap, SRM, Quarq)
  • Weekly upload of your training files to Training Peaks


Price: $280 per month
