This depends on the training plan that you choose. All of our training plans require a heart rate and a cadence monitor. It is recommended that you own a power meter for the training plans for racers and avid cyclists, however, we can provide you training plans for these categories based on heart rate as well.
How much time per week do I need to be able to train?
This depends on your own personal schedule and long term goals, but regardless of how many hours per week you can spend on your bike, you will get a personalized training plan that will address your weakness as well as your strength while aiming to reach new level of performance.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my training plan at any time?
Yes, you may change your training plan at the end of each month.
Is there a minimum time I need to commit?
No, you do not have to sign a one-year contract or anything like that. However, ISC recommends at least 3 months of time commitment as athletic performance (as we all know) does not change overnight.
