Special Event Training

This plan is for cyclists who would like to receive training plans for only a limited time to assist in the preparation for a single event (e.g. your first century or Gran Fondo). This training plan will be customized to your schedule and your fitness level.
This plan includes:
  • Weekly training plan in Training Peaks
  • WKO Analysis on a monthly basis if you own a power meter or otherwise monthly analysis of progress based on heart rate/cadence
