The Italian School of Cycling offers a wide variety of services. Different training programs are available depending on the level of commitment from you. If you are an aspiring racer or a seasoned racer that wants to improve upon performance, please take a look at the training program for racers. If you are an avid cyclist that would like to improve your performance for weekend group rides or consider racing, but do not know where to start, then please take a look at the training program for avid cyclists. If you would like to have a three-days-per-week program to help you motivate you in your weight loss goals, please take a look at the weight loss program. We can also help you preparing for a special event, like your first century, with our Special Event training. In addition, we also offer a short term training plan for the cyclist that is looking for a training plan for a few months (e.g. the summer, the race season).
